→ Folding & Bagging: .65/item

CUSTOMER SERVICE

$1.90 per email.

→ No bots. All emails will be replied to or escalated thoughtfuly.
→ An FAQ document will be maintained and followed.

LABOR & FINANCING

LABOR

Basic: $24/hr 15min increments
Skilled: $50/hr, 15min increments (expert, high-security tasks)
Specialized: $100/hr 30min increments (programming)
→ standard completion is 2 to 4 business days
→ next day rush fee +50%
→ same day rush fee +100%

SUPERVISED LABOR

$24 per hour ($15 will go to worker, same day compensation)
or
$9 per hour (+ whatever you pay them)

Have an intern? Already have an assistant? We will put them to work, and make sure they have everything they need to get the job done.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Basic Labor + 20% of sourcing cost based on receipts

eg. Buy blanks, drop them off at the printers, pay, pick them up, quality check and audit. Management fee of 20% will apply to the cost of the blanks and the cost of printing.

FINANCING

Fees Paid On Your Behalf: reimbursement + 5%
Fb3 PayPal or Payment Account: 5% of payment total
Fixed Fee Loan: 10% (to be paid through repayment percentage of sales)

BILLING TRANSACTION FEES

3% for debit and credit card
0% for ACH payments
$20 fee for returned ACH payments

LATE FEE / FINANCING

5% of past due balance every 30 days
